WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

Football Formulas is happy to replace any product that is faulty/damaged or doesn't meet specification. Any damages are required to be reported within 14 days of delivery. 

If you have received a product that is faulty/damaged or you have received the incorrect item, Football Formulas will cover the cost of return shipping.

If you have purchased the incorrect product or would like to exchange an unopened product, you will be required to cover the cost of the return shipping.

If products are being returned, please ensure:

• To send through an enquiry via email for approval from our team before returning products.
• All seals are intact and the box or pouch has not been opened.
• Products must be returned in appropriate packaging to ensure they do not break in transit.
